BOPP Matte Thermal Laminating Film is BOPP film coated with EVA glue, available in thicknesses from 15mic to 30mic. Standard roll widths range from 180mm to 1880mm with roll lengths from 300m to 6000m. Available with 1 inch (25.4mm) or 3 inch (76mm) paper cores as required by clients.

This film is widely used for laminating with paper for packaging and printing applications. It features high transparency and excellent rewinding properties. Single or double sides corona treatment available, up to 42 dynes.

BOPP Thermal Lamination Film rolls are used for commercial and school printings, as well as graphic arts large format applications. The transparent film lamination (bright/shine/glossy or matte/dull) is heated as protection on paper covers. Sometimes referred to as paper lamination film used by heating EVA adhesive glue into paper substrates.

The lamination process joins two or more layers to protect prints. A hot laminator (thermal lamination roller machine) is used to melt the EVA adhesive onto paper surface. The film passes over a heated roller and under reasonable pressure sticks to the paper. This easy process can be done at home for small applications. Also known as heat lamination, dry lamination, or hot lamination.
