Latest company news about Constantia Flexibles acquires Creative Ploypack

Constantia Flexbles agreed to acquistion Creative Ploypack, an Indian film-based composites manufacturer.

 

Creative Polypack was founded in 1986, it is family business. This company now has eight production plants in India’s north, east and south of badi, kanpur, Calcutta, Assam and punjab. The company’s sales are expected to reach 75 million euros in 2017/2018.

 

Through this acquisition, the Constantia Flexibles will be India’s third largest soft packaging company.
