PET Thermal Lamination Film is a plastic roll film designed for printed paper lamination. It consists of PET (polyester) film as the base material layer and EVA as the heat-sensitive layer. These two layers are coated using our high-speed co-extrusion laminating line.

Thermal Lamination Film is also referred to as dry, hot, or heat lamination film.

The lamination process involves joining two or more layers to protect printed materials. A hot laminator (thermal/heat/dry lamination roller machine) is required to use Thermal Lamination Film by melting its EVA adhesive onto the paper surface.

During the process, the film passes over a heated roller and, under appropriate pressure, adheres to the paper. This process is user-friendly and can be performed at home for small applications. It is commonly known as heat lamination, dry lamination, or hot lamination.
