What is Gloss Laminating Film?
Gloss laminating film is produced by multi extrusion coating lines. It consists of two layers: one is plastic film (mainly BOPP or PET film), and another layer is adhesive glue of EVA. Gloss laminating film is also called dry, hot, or heat laminating film.
Where is Gloss Laminating Film Used?
Generally, printing houses use BOPP gloss laminating film rolls for commercial and school printings. It can also be used for graphic arts large format applications. The transparent film lamination, available in bright/shine/glossy or matte/dull finishes, is heated as protection on paper covers. Sometimes called paper lamination film, it uses heating EVA adhesive glue to bond with paper substrates.
