Polymount and tesa have come to a conclusive agreement regarding the change of ownership of Polymount’s Twinlock product division.
The machine division of Polymount, which manufactures the Polymount plate cleaner and film cleaner, will continue to operate as an independent production and development company, with its headquarters in Nijkerk, the Netherlands.
The Twinlock division will now be run by a management team that comprises members from both tesa and Polymount. This team will continue to lead the Twinlock product division.
Both parties to the acquisition stated that this was an opportunity for the development of the company, and the top management of both companies expressed good expectations for the development of the merged company.
