Afterprinting serves pouch lamination film thickness from 60micron to 250micron, with 125micron and 150micron being the most popular. Standard sizes include A3 (303×426mm) and A4 (216×303mm), with custom sizes available upon request.

Pouch laminating film is a pre-laminated material used as a protective layer for paper materials or photos. It consists of polyester film coated with hot melt EVA adhesion in advance, which bonds to paper materials during the laminating process.
Pouch laminating film is used for making simple and smaller laminates, ideal for ID cards, tags, and small paper materials. Lamination width is limited in pouch laminators, making this method particularly useful in offices and home settings.
Laminating equipment for laminating pouches is user-friendly and requires no special training. Heat-sensitive laminating film is used for pouch lamination. Sheets with lamination films pass through heated rollers, where heat causes them to bond together. The heated rollers move at reasonable speeds while applying pressure on the laminate. Both pressure and temperature contribute to the bonding strength of the laminating pouch.
Packing: 50/100 pieces per box, packed into cartons. Multiple cartons are packed onto pallets for container loading.
