BOPP Hot Glossy And Matte Thermal Film With Eva Glue
Product Overview
Non-toxic, pollution-free thermal film featuring high transparency, excellent gloss, low static properties, wear resistance, long corona aging life, minimal defects, and easy tear-off characteristics.
This product is primarily used as base material for printing, bag making, adhesive tape production, and other industrial applications. It offers strong powder absorption and can blister and film release after being concaved or protruded. Matte lamination film is particularly suitable for partial UV glazing after film laminating, hot stamping, screen printing, and frosted processes.
Easy to operate - once the hot roller temperature requirements are met, film laminating can be performed at any time without requiring professional skills.
We produce both glossy and matte BOPP Thermal Lamination Film to meet diverse industrial requirements.

- Temperature of hot roller: General printing materials: 85~100℃ | Special printing materials: 100~110℃
- Pressure: 10~18 Mpa
- Speed: 8~50 m/min
Note: Special laminations refer to those with thicker ink, solid color, high moisture content, and larger size paper.
