Product Overview
BOPP Adhesive Lamination Film (gloss & matt) used on thermal lamination machines. This transparent stretch printing film offers excellent performance characteristics for various industrial applications.
Key features include non-toxic composition, pollution-free manufacturing, high transparency and gloss, low static properties, wear resistance, long corona aging life, minimal defects, and excellent tear-off characteristics.
Primary Applications
This product is mainly used for:
- Printing composition and enhancement
- Bag making processes
- Adhesive tape production base materials
- Strong powder absorption applications
- Blister and film release after concave or protrude processes
Matte lamination film is particularly suitable for partially UV glazing after film laminating, hot stamping, screen printing, and frosted processes.
Operation Parameters
Temperature Settings:
- General printing materials: 85-100℃
- Special printing materials: 100-110℃
Other Parameters:
- Pressure: 10-18 Mpa
- Speed: 8-50 m/min
Note: Special laminations refer to those with thicker ink, solid color, high moisture content, and larger size paper.
