Printing Packaging Laminating Plastic Film Roll For Surface Protective
thermal laminate roll
,laminating plastic film
Product Description
After completing printings, packaging plastic film is used to enhance visual effect and provide comfortable touch sense on paper surfaces. Thermal lamination film serves as an optimal finishing process that prevents lamination from pressing, bubbling, and desquamating. It also protects laminated printings from harmful substances, provides moisture-proof protection, and ensures long-term storage life.

Thermal lamination film is produced by multi extrusion coating lines and consists of two layers: plastic film (primarily BOPP or PET film) and adhesive glue (EVA). Also known as dry, hot, or heat lamination film.
Printing houses typically use BOPP Thermal Lamination Film rolls for commercial and school printings, as well as graphic arts large format applications. The transparent film lamination (bright/shine/glossy or matte/dull) is heated as protection on paper covers, sometimes referred to as paper lamination film.

- Shopping bags
- Cosmetics boxes
The lamination process joins two or more layers to protect prints. A hot laminator (thermal/heat/dry lamination roller machine) is used to melt the EVA adhesive onto paper surfaces. The film passes over a heated roller and sticks to the paper under reasonable pressure. This easy process can be done at home for small applications, also known as heat lamination, dry lamination, or hot lamination.
