BOPP Thermal Lamination Film rolls are widely used in commercial and school printing applications, as well as graphic arts large format projects. The transparent film lamination, available in bright/shine/glossy or matte/dull finishes, is heated to provide protection on paper covers through the melting of EVA adhesive glue onto paper substrates.

The lamination process involves joining two or more layers to protect prints. A hot laminator (thermal lamination roller machine) is used to melt the EVA adhesive onto paper surfaces. The film passes over a heated roller and, under reasonable pressure, adheres to the paper. This easy process can be performed at home for small applications and is also known as heat lamination, dry lamination, or hot lamination.

We maintain strict quality control principles throughout our manufacturing process, with careful attention to every processing detail. In the rare event of a defective roll, we provide appropriate compensation as part of our responsibility.
