BOPP Thermal protective Scratch Resistant Film for Books is typically used for protecting book covers and other paper products, providing scratch resistance after lamination.
This scratch resistant film is made from BOPP material and is thermal, meaning it has an adhesive layer for hot lamination.
As the name suggests, this film is scratch resistant due to special chemical treatment on the BOPP base film. The film is extrusion-coated with EVA on one side, enabling lamination through heat application.

You can order Scratch Resistant lamination film rolls with the following specifications:
- Each roll of Scratch Resistant lamination film (3" paper core) is packed by carton
- 4-8 rolls of Scratch Resistant laminating film (1" paper core) are packed by carton
- Cartons of Scratch Resistant film rolls are packed onto pallets
- 10 to 12 pallets loaded into 1*20FCL container (about 400 rolls)
- 20-22 pallets loaded into 1*40GP container (about 800 rolls)
- Normally 25 days
