This scratch thermal lamination film supports various printing methods including offset printing, screen printing, and gravure printing. The material is BOPP available in both glossy and matte finishes, with 28 microns being the most popular thickness. Customized thickness options are available upon customer request.
What is Scratch Resistant Lamination Film?
As the name suggests, this film provides scratch resistance through special chemical treatment applied to the BOPP base film. The film is extrusion-coated with EVA on one side, enabling lamination through heat application.

Pricing is negotiable based on quantity. For 20,000 square meters, the FOB price ranges from USD 0.296 to 0.427 per square meter. For a 20FCL container, the FOB price ranges from USD 0.358 to 0.376 per square meter.
What About the Payment Terms?
We require 30% deposit and 70% balance payment. We accept T/T and L/C payment methods. Supported currencies include USD, CNY, CAD, HKD, and others.
How About the Delivery Time?
Standard delivery lead time is 25 days. For 40GP containers, the delivery lead time is specifically 20 days.
