Product Description
This scratch thermal lamination film supports various printing methods including offset printing, screen printing, and gravure printing. The material is BOPP available in both glossy and matte finishes, with 28 microns being the most popular thickness. Customized thickness options are available upon customer request.
As the name suggests, this film provides scratch resistance through special chemical treatment applied to the BOPP base film. The film is extrusion-coated with EVA on one side, enabling lamination through heat application.
Anti-scratch thermal laminating film is specifically designed for high-quality media, featuring a semi-matte surface on one side that provides a pleasant tactile experience and enhances the appearance of laminated products.
Scratch resistant lamination film is considered a luxury packaging material suitable for cosmetics, technology products, and various other applications requiring post-lamination enhancement.
