28mic Thermal Scratch Resistant Film for Packaging is typically used for high-end book covers, providing protection from scratches after lamination. The 28micron thickness is the most popular option among all available thicknesses ranging from 24micron to 32micron.
As the name suggests, this film provides scratch resistance through special chemical treatment applied to the BOPP base film. The film is extrusion-coated with EVA on one side, enabling lamination through heat application.
Anti-scratch Thermal Laminating Film is specifically designed for high-quality media, featuring a semi-matte surface on one side that provides a pleasant tactile experience and enhances the appearance of laminated products.

- Each roll of Scratch Resistant lamination film (3" paper core) is packed by carton
- Or 4-8 rolls of Scratch Resistant laminating film (1" paper core) is packed by carton
- Cartons of Scratch Resistant film roll will be packed into pallet
- 10 to 12 pallets loaded into 1*20FCL container (about 400 rolls)
- 20-22 pallets loaded into 1*40GP container (about 800 rolls)

The MOQ is 20000 square meters. Pricing is primarily determined by order quantity.
Price is negotiable according to quantity. For 20000 square meters, the FOB price ranges from USD 0.296-0.427/sqm. For 20FCL container quantities, the FOB price ranges from USD 0.358-0.376/sqm.
We require 30% deposit and 70% balance. We accept payment terms of T/T and L/C. Supported currencies include USD, CNY, CAD, HKD, and others.
Normal delivery lead time is 25 days. For 40GP container orders specifically, delivery lead time is 20 days.
We provide a 6-month warranty. In case of any quality problems, you will receive equivalent compensation.
