Semi Matte Scratch Resistant Film features a one-sided matte finish with scratch-resistant properties, designed specifically for high-end book covers and product protection after lamination.
Although semi-matte, this film remains transparent, allowing printed content to remain clearly visible after the lamination process.
As the name suggests, this film provides exceptional scratch resistance through specialized chemical treatment applied to the BOPP base film. The film is extrusion-coated with EVA on one side, enabling thermal lamination through heat application.

You are able to take an order of Scratch Resistant lamination film roll with customized specifications.
- Each roll of Scratch Resistant lamination film (3" paper core) is packed by carton
- 4-8 rolls of Scratch Resistant laminating film (1" paper core) are packed by carton
- Cartons of Scratch Resistant film roll will be packed into pallet
- 10 to 12 pallets loaded into 1*20FCL container (about 400 rolls)
- 20-22 pallets loaded into 1*40GP container (about 800 rolls)
- Normally in 25 days
- 20 days for 1*40GP container

The MOQ is 20000sqm. Pricing is primarily determined by order quantity.
Price is negotiable according to quantity. For 20000sqm, the FOB price is USD 0.296-0.427/sqm. For 20FCL container, the FOB price is USD 0.358-0.376/sqm.
30% deposit and 70% balance. We accept payment terms of T/T, L/C. Supported currencies include USD, CNY, CAD, HKD, etc.
25 days delivery lead time normally. 20 days delivery lead time for 40GP container specifically.
6 month warranty period. In case of any quality problems, you will receive equivalent compensation.
