There are two types of Scratch Resistant Film (also called Anti-scratch film): Glossy Scratch Resistant Film and Matte Scratch Resistant Film. Both types are used for high-end book covers, protecting products from scratches after lamination.
28micron is the most popular thickness among all options from 24micron to 32micron.
As the name suggests, this film is scratch resistant due to special chemical treatment on the BOPP base film. The film is extrusion-coated with EVA on one side, enabling lamination through heat application.
Anti-scratch Thermal Laminating Film is specially designed for high-quality media, presenting a semi-matte surface on one side that provides a pleasant touch and enhances the image of laminated products.
Scratch Resistant Lamination Film is considered luxury packaging material for cosmetics, technology, and other types of post-lamination enhancement.
You are able to take an order of Scratch Resistant lamination film roll with the following specifications:
- Each roll of Scratch Resistant lamination film (3" paper core) is packed by carton
- 4-8 rolls of Scratch Resistant laminating film (1" paper core) are packed by carton
- Cartons of Scratch Resistant film roll will be packed into pallets
- 10 to 12 pallets loaded into 1*20FCL container (about 400 rolls)
- 20-22 pallets loaded into 1*40GP container (about 800 rolls)
- Normally 25 days
- 20 days for 1*40GP container
Samples for testing are free. The normal dimension is 300mm*100m. For customized width and length, feel free to advise.
The MOQ is 20000sqm. Price is set primarily based on quantity.
Price is negotiable according to quantity. For 20000sqm, the FOB price is USD 0.296-0.427/sqm. For 20FCL container, the FOB price is USD 0.358-0.376/sqm.
