35micron Super Sticky Bopp Lamination Film 35micron for Digital Printing

BOPP digital matte lamination film, also known as super sticky BOPP matte lamination film, features high adhesive strength due to special composition and treatment. Composed of 15 micron BOPP film coated with 20 micron EVA adhesion, it is primarily used for digital printing applications.

Thermal lamination film is produced by multi extrusion coating lines and consists of two layers: plastic film (mainly BOPP or PET) and adhesive glue (EVA). Also known as dry, hot, or heat lamination film.

Primarily used by printing houses for commercial and school printings, as well as graphic arts large format applications. The transparent film lamination (bright/shine/glossy or matte/dull) is heated as protection on paper covers. Specific applications include:

• Cosmetics boxes

Lamination process joins two or more layers to protect prints. Requires a hot laminator (thermal lamination roller machine) to melt EVA adhesive onto paper surface. The film passes over a heated roller and sticks to paper under reasonable pressure. This easy process can be done at home for small applications.
