Matte BOPP Thermal Laminating Film is manufactured using BOPP material with EVA glue, available in thicknesses from 15mic to 30mic. This film is widely used for laminating paper in packaging and printing applications. Single or double sides corona treatment available, up to 42 dynes.

BOPP Thermal Lamination Film rolls are primarily used by printing houses for commercial and school printing applications. They are also suitable for graphic arts and large format printing. The transparent film lamination, available in bright/shine/glossy or matte/dull finishes, is heated to provide protective coating on paper covers. Sometimes referred to as paper lamination film, it uses heating EVA adhesive glue to bond with paper substrates.

The lamination process involves joining two or more layers to protect printed materials. A hot laminator, also known as a thermal lamination roller machine, is required to use BOPP Thermal Lamination Film. The process melts the EVA adhesive onto the paper surface. The film passes over a heated roller and, under appropriate pressure, adheres to the paper. This straightforward process can be performed at home for small applications. Also referred to as heat lamination, dry lamination, or hot lamination.
