BOPP Thermal Lamination Film rolls are primarily used in printing houses for commercial and school printing applications, as well as graphic arts large format printing. The transparent film lamination (bright/shine/glossy or matte/dull) is heated as protection on paper covers.

The lamination process involves joining two or more layers to protect prints. A hot laminator (thermal lamination roller machine) is required to melt the EVA adhesive onto paper surfaces. The film passes over a heated roller and adheres to the paper under reasonable pressure.

This easy-to-use process can be performed at home for small applications and is also known as heat lamination, dry lamination, or hot lamination.
