Matte Thermal Lamination Film , Multiple Extrusion Transparent Roll Laminating Film
matt lamination roll
,matte pet film
Product Description
Matte BOPP & PET Thermal Lamination Film are specialized films for thermal lamination applications. BOPP matte lamination film is primarily used for paper finishing lamination, while PET laminating film, made of PET Film and EVA Glue, offers greater stiffness and higher gloss, making it more suitable for printing applications.

Thermal lamination film is produced by multi extrusion coating lines and consists of two layers: a plastic film (primarily BOPP or PET film) and an adhesive glue layer (EVA). Also known as dry, hot, or heat lamination film, it provides protective coating for various printed materials.
Primarily used in printing houses for commercial and school printings, thermal lamination film can also be applied to graphic arts large format. The transparent film lamination, available in bright/shine/glossy or matte/dull finishes, is heated to provide protection on paper covers.
- Textbook covers
- Brochures
- Leaflets
- Sweet boxes and diaries
- Shopping bags
- Cosmetics boxes
The lamination process involves joining two or more layers to protect prints. Using a hot laminator (thermal lamination roller machine), the thermal lamination film's EVA adhesive is melted onto the paper surface. The film passes over a heated roller and, under reasonable pressure, adheres to the paper. This straightforward process can even be done at home for small applications.
