Kingfisher Labels, based in Yate, north Bristol in the UK, has purchased an Edale FL3, its seventh flexo press from the UK equipment manufacturer.
Kingfisher Labels serves the food, cosmetic and healthcare with self-adhesive labels. It installed its first Edale flexo press in 2001. Its new press is an 8-color, full UV press with a 350mm width. It features a number of rail mounting options, including a turn bar, delam/relam, cold foil, and lamination. The press also has chill rolls installed to allow Kingfisher Labels to diversify into new markets such as sleeves, wrap around labels, pouches, and sachets.
The Edale FL3 is due to be installed in November this year.
