Heat shrink machine become more and more important in packaging industry. There are many factors which can influence the efficiency of heat shrink machine.
First: material of shrink film. The material of shrink film including POF,PE and PVC,different material have different shrinking effects. In addition, shrink film quality will also affect shrink efficiency.
Second:The speed of the shrink machine. The speed of shrink machince can be adjust base on product size, film material and thickness. Generally, the shrink effeciency can be improved by adjusting the speed at a certain temperature.
Third: temperature. Different material shrink film need different temperature. For example, the temperature of PVC shrink film is 110-130℃ ,PE shrink film is 150-180℃. Even in the same material shrink film, the quality of the film is different, and the contraction temperature is different.
