Velvet Matte Thermal Lamination Film is coating a layer velvet varnish first on BOPP Film,comes out BOPP Velvet Base Film, and then coating with EVA glue.

Many customers buy it for high-end packaging, printing first, and then do UV Spot and Stamping as well.
